It has a wide range of light transmission, large matching angle, high resistance to light damage threshold, wide temperature matching, and Excellent optical uniformity, especially for the triple frequency of Nd: YAG lasers, and has a wide range of applications. Shenhua Technology can fabricate high-performance, ultra-thin BBO optical components that have a thickness of 5 µm, surface roughness ≤ 0.5 nm, and atomic-level smoothing surfaces.
