Shandong Shenhua Optical Technology Co., Ltd. (SHTECH, Inc.), Shenhua Technology for short, was founded in April 2021. It is an export-oriented high-tech enterprise invested by Zibo Industry Research Institute and introduced by Zibo High-tech Zone.

    Shenhua Technology can fabricate high-performance, ultra-thin BBO optical components that have a thickness of 5 µm , surface roughness ≤ 0.5 nm, and atomic-level smoothing surfaces. 

    The PECVD-based carbon film technology developed in Shenhua Technology has reached the international advanced level. We can coat DLC films on both sides of Si wafers withΦ = 4 mm and thickness ≤ 1mm, and the light transmittance is greater than 90% over the wavelength range from 3 µm 5 µm. We can also coat DLC films on both sides of Si wafers with Φ = 2 mm and thickness ≤ 1mm, and the light transmittance is greater than 60% over the wavelength range from 8 µm 12 µm.
